Todd Gober

Todd Gober has 25+ years of experience helping organizations of all sizes develop and sustain a culture of learning, growth, and improvement.  He’s a teacher-at-heart (Secondary Education, Auburn University) with a track record of delivering student-centered workshops, leadership development programs, and executive coaching.

Todd has practical experience as a Chief Learning Officer with responsibility for talent acquisition, performance improvement, and culture.  He is 1 of only 300 people in the world currently holding a certification in DISC, EQ (emotional intelligence), and AQ (Adaptability Quotient).  He’s an author and keynote speaker, with a reputation for energy, humor, and storytelling.

As an ordained minister, Todd officiates weddings and baptisms, and currently serves as team leader for a church planting effort in South America.  He enjoys traveling and playing golf, and was a participant in the 1994 College World Series as a member of the Auburn University baseball team.  Todd and his wife (Leslie) are co-founders of Thrive Consultants, based in Birmingham, AL.

Leslie Gober

Leslie Gober (MCD, CCC-SLP) is co-founder of Thrive and has 25+ years of experience in health and wellness. With a Masters Degree in Communication Disorders (Auburn University 1996), she has worked as a Speech Pathologist in a variety of settings including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals. She has consulted with patients and clients of all ages, from 3-93, demonstrating her amazing ability to teach and support in some of the most difficult settings. Over the years, she has developed knowledge and practical experience with herbs and supplements, assisting clients in their understanding of God’s design of our bodies. Leslie is a co-founder of Thrive and has been instrumental in developing training seminars and resources in the areas of anxiety, depression, and shame. She is married to her husband Todd, and together they have two adult daughters (Peyton and Brooke).
